1. Scars
Starring Mike Ezuruonye, Clarion Chukwurah, Okawa Shaznay, Zack Orji, Lilian Esoro, Scars is a story of a concerned daughter discovers her grieving mother’s sordid secret when she returns home from a long trip away and advices her to take a vacation to rediscover herself. Little does she know she will live to regret this advice.
2. The Department
Starring Osas Ighodaro, OC Ukeje, Jide Kosoko, Majid Michel, Desmond Elliot, Kenneth Okolie, Seun Akindele and Somkele Iyamah, this part crime thriller, part love story, ‘The Department’ is a must watch this weekend. The story is centered around gang members in a secret department of a business conglomerate who blackmail top executives into selling their companies to the leader of the conglomerate, however trouble brews when two members want to opt out.
3. The Mad Man I Love
Starring Majid Micheal, Eve Esin and others, ‘The Mad Man I Love’ is a tale of a learning disabled young man who is widely believed to be mad and is stigmatized by the community piques the interest of a royal princess much to the chagrin of her fiance who is selfishly determined to keep the two apart.
