Her name is Busola Jones, she lost 49kg within a space of 9 months. All she did was cut carbohydrates from her diet and feed on proteins.
She said she lost 18 pounds in 2 weeks after she cut rice off her diet.
She drank lots of tea and water. She
did not visit the gym at all.

I dont believe she didnt use a gym to get that toned body. If she lost 49kg without exercises,she will have bulbous mass of flesh everywhere.
